At Express Energy Services, we believe that communication is the key to our success. This newsletter was developed for all of our employees who make Express such a viable force in a challenging, competitive and changing industry. As you will see, each issue will include features and other items of interest about fellow employees in and around our company's areas of operations. We cover everything from new technology to marketing; HR initiatives; operations to community involvement; safety to finance. The size and scope of this newsletter will continue to grow as the company grows.
Each issue contains a regular column called "Viewpoint" from CEO Darron Anderson where he will discuss a variety of topics pertinent to our company's daily routine. We would like Express Yourself to be our employees' direct line to what is going on. WE are committed to keeping company messages to a minimum. Sure, we will keep our people posted on company policy, industry trends, in-house activities and other points of interest. What our employees will not receive is a regular dose of company directives and instructions. We already know our people are the best at what they do.
