Express offers 6 pressure testing units in South Texas and the Rocky Mountains. Pressure testing units consist of a pump and an engine to drive the pump with tanks for water, fuel and glycol. The units are trailer mounted and can be pulled by a heavy duty pick-up truck. These services are required in the drilling, completion and workover stages of a well. Pressure testing services involve the making up of bolts that secure blow-out preventors and lubricators and then testing the integrity of the assembly using hydrostatic pressure. Pressure testing is a recently acquired service offering and Express will focus on its ability to expand the service geographically.
