Electronically controlled and hydraulically powered, the Remotely Operated Stabbing System (R.O.S.S.) is designed to improve rig safety and performance during the running of all types of tubulars. The system enables you to control and manipulate many different sizes, styles and thread types of casing, tubing and drill pipe. The stabbing arm safely holds the tubular to the side of the well stump and repositions over the center of the well for a safe and correct make up. This eliminates the need for a stabber and greatly reduces crew fatigue.
